Measurement Guide:
1. Neck:
- Wrap the measuring tape around your neck, just below the Adam’s apple.
- Ensure the tape is snug but not tight.
2. Bust:
- Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level.
- Ensure the tape is snug but not tight.
3. Under Bust:
- Wrap the tape around the ribcage, just below your bust.
- Keep the tape level and snug.
4. Waist:
- Find your natural waistline, usually the narrowest part of your torso above your belly button.
- Wrap the tape around your waist, keeping it level.
5. Hips:
- Stand with your feet together.
- Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips, keeping it level.
- Ensure the tape is snug but not tight.
6. Shoulder:
- Measure from the tip of one shoulder bone to the tip of the other, across your back.
7. Arm Length:
- With your arm slightly bent, measure from the tip of your shoulder to your wrist bone.
8. Bicep:
- Flex your arm muscle and measure the circumference of your bicep at its fullest point.
